ようやく「性差」を前提にした社会へ回帰できるか

男女平等を是とした社会作りが進められて50年くらい経つのでしょうか。
ジェンダーという思想に基づいて、社会の構造がいろいろ変えられてきて、日本では男女雇用機会均等法が制定されて。
日本での研究はどうかわかりませんが、米国では、脳の構造や機能の研究から男女の差が明確になってきていると聞いています。

人事制度を構築していた時は、男女平等という観点と、男女差という部分での微妙な修正や法解釈で難しいというか面倒な作業を行ってきましたが、これからはタブーのままの「性差」をもっと尊重した形で、新しい経済社会に発展できるのではないかと考えるわけです。
女性が活躍できる組織作りと、男性が活躍できる組織作り、そしてそれぞれの環境における男女の役割の違いは、明確にすれば男女雇用機会均等法に触れ、隠してしまえば、男女双方にとってやりにくい組織になる。そして、そういう時代だから仕方ないとメンタルヘルスに負担をかけた運営を強いられる。
そんな人事管理でよいのかどうかは分かりませんが、私自身が過去5年間でやってきたことを形にできる時代になるのかもしれません。
男性と女性は、違うから一緒にいたいと思うはずなのです。
そして、一緒にいるのですから、お互いを尊重しあい、足らない部分を補いあって成長していけばいいと思うのです。
ちなみに、幼い頃に母親の愛情を十分に受けなかった女の子は、自分の子供に同じことをするそうです。やはり母親は偉大です。そして、十分な愛情を与えられる社会にできればと思うわけです。周囲で助け合うことも考えつつ・・・。

I would like to respond to your first questions: 1 Why can’t the male and female brain be the same in stead of different?
First of all, the brains of all humans are more alike than different but the differences come about primarily since male and female brain’s have evolved in slightly different niches for millions of years. The female is the one who becomes pregnant and gives birth and must keep the helpless infant alive for many years. The special talents of the female brain that are superior to the male have come about due to her special reproductive tasks. Those include a better ability to read non-verbal emotional cues and facial expressions. The male brain has had slightly different tasks for millions of years like protection and guarding his wife and offspring from intruders or wife-poachers. Thank you for your interesting question.
